Invoicing
On receipt of a signed agreement, we issue an invoice for one-third of the contract value. The remainder is payable on delivery of your guides.
On certain contracts we prefer to negotiate alternative stage payments.
Pricing
As requirements and numbers vary, it is not possible to be specific at this stage. No-one has ever declined a project with us on the grounds of price (or quality).
VAT
We say the guides are 'believed to be zero-rated'. Each H.M. Customs and Excise office decides for its own area, making it impossible for us to be definitive.
Zero-rated means the guides attract VAT but the current rating for books is 0%, so make no charge for VAT.
